Fully furnished 2 bedroom, one bathroom, school-year rental located in friendly neighborhood on Sebago Lake Basin. House is just a few miles from Windham shopping areas and schools. An association sandy beach is steps away. Enjoy cooking dinners on the outdoor gas grill and eating on the deck while watching the sunset over the lake at night. Four kayaks are available for renters' use. There is plenty of off-street parking in the driveway and behind the house. Perfect house for two-three people. Since we use this house in the summer months, it is actually a school year rental, available from September 1, 2026 through late May or early June 2027, depending on renters' needs. No smokers and no pets allowed. No washing machine or dryer in the house, but two laundry mats are within a few miles. Renters are responsible for paying the propane bill for heat, cable and/or internet, and electricity. Plenty of parking in the rear of the house. Snow removal is also the renters' responsibility. We leave a snow blower and shovels there. Security deposit and first month's rent due before moving in. Rent would be due the 1st day of each month.
