Whole apartment has been recently redone. New floors, cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Three bedrooms In total. Two of the bedrooms are very good size and have walk-in-closets. This is a one year lease. The apartment does NOT come furnished. Tenant is responsible for all utilities as well as mowing the grass. The current tenant will be out June 30th. Our office process is as follows: If you are interested in viewing the property you need to fill out an application which you can either pick up at our office or I can email it to you. Once the application is filled out you need to bring it to our office with an ID and a $35 application fee for each person that would be on the lease. Then, we can schedule a tour of the home during our business hours (Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00). If you decide you are interested in renting the property then we will run a credit and background check which is what the $35 application fee covers. If you are not interested in the property after viewing it the $35 application fee is returned to you. We follow the order of how the applications are received.
