Best of all, the neighbors are super friendly! Owner pays for everything including WiFi, cable, all utilities, water, bug treatments, yard work, and trash. The property comes fully furnished. Everything will be kept in the owners name so there is nothing to turn on or transfer. There is a $1,000 security deposit that will be refunded if there is no damage to the property at the end of the lease. The minimum lease is one month, maximum lease is two years. Tenent must give a minimum of 30 days notice if they wish to terminate the lease. There is absoulty no smoking of any kind inside the house.
