Upgraded cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and high ceilings. It also has a fireplace, washer, and dryer. It is the 3.2B Floorplan. Available starting ASAP. Lease ends February 24th, 2019, and is renewable. Rent is $1419 includes rent, valet trash, cable, and internet. Optional pet fee is $300, with a $20 a month per pet continuing fee. There is a fee of $250 for a lease takeover, which I will pay, and then $50 per each additional applicant 18 and over. Application process takes minutes. Leasing office handles paperwork for the transfer. May or may not require a deposit depending on your credit score.
