Nearby there are bus stops on Adeline, Shattuck, and Telegraph that will take you directly to UC Berkeley (routes F, 18, & 12) in a ~20 minutes. Parking is available behind the complex for $50 per month, but I have never had problems with street parking. The property is managed by Savvy Properties. They've been great to us during our stay. The maintenance team, led by Mike!, is responsive, straight forward, and honest. As we're leaving the country we'll be selling a number of pieces of furniture and kitchenware before we depart. If you're interested in buying our couch, dining table, TVs, TV stand, bed, dressers, book shelves, lamps, night stands, coffee tables, desk, and kitchen ware / appliances (microwave, crock pot, coffee pot, rice steamer, steamer, grills), that can be arranged at a reasonable price.
