Apartment is bright and cheerful, with lots of windows and two doors that walk out on to a patio. Apartment has a full kitchen, 3/4 bath with walk in shower, and comes fully furnished if desired. Access to garden with raised beds if growing vegetables is on your wish list. Rental includes all utilities and access to shared washer/dryer. The house was built in 2015. Owners live part time upstairs. No smokers, prefer no pets. Prefer one year lease.
