Nice neighborhood, corner wbfp, pantry, walk in closets, gutters, large fenced yard, storage building, lots of windows, covered patio area, carpet, there is a "mullet" who lives a few houses away. i'm almost positive this drops the property value in the neighborhood. Neighborhood Description it's a nice, stable neighborhood. not alot of hoodlum kids roaming around at all hours of the night.. there is, however, a "mullet", who lives a few houses down. i think this is affecting the property values of the whole subdivision.....
