Security cameras (Ring) are located in the entry hallway, front door, front yard, and back yard as a security monitoring measure for the building. No cameras/audio recording devices are located within the apartments. ACCESS. Key pads are located on the building entry door and unit entry door for convenient keyless entry. PARKING. Free street parking (along 11th street in front of the home) is available. Tenant will be required to register vehicle in DC and obtain a Zone 6 parking pass.
