More updated unit in Ashford Belmar. It's a one bedroom apartment but has a loft that can also be used as an extra bedroom. I currently use it as an office. There are car ports and garages. Gas and water is added up at the end of the month with rent, and equals to a total of ~$2,100 (obviously depending on how much you use it).
