From the moment you enter the great room, you will be captivated by the use of warm colors throughout the great room creating an open and inviting space. Enjoy late night talks in front of a roaring fire, your favorite show, or a challenging game of billiards. The billiards room offers seating for two and a purple felt top pool table as well as a television and exit to the backyard. The entertainment factor doesn't stop there, enjoy your very own private movie theater. The movie theater host seating for eight and comes equipped with 3D capability and 3D glasses, a fireplace, sink and mini fridge. The gourmet kitchen comes equipped with everything you will need to create a masterpiece meal in the utmost elegant manner. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including double ovens paired with plenty of counter space sure to give you enough space for the ultimate feast. The guest suites are located in attached casitas, detached from the main house. This vacation rental is an entertainer's delight and will not last, hurry and grab your chance for the perfect vacation! There would be an added $500 departure cleaning fee, $175 reservation fee, and $79 damage insurance (for reservations 60 nights or less). A utility cap of $500 per month for gas and electric combined, so if those two utilities combined go over $500 per month the renter would be responsible for the overage. If a pet is approved, there is a pet fee of $150 per pet. Rentals can be from 1 month to 6 months, please inquire with interested dates. There would be a rental agreement in place with more specific terms that include no parties, no smoking inside the property, no moving of furniture, etc. A copy of the agreement can be provided before booking. Rent must be paid in full 60 days prior to occupancy or at the time of booking if arrival is within 60 days.
