Single family home on 1.9 acers home has a life time metal roof we put on when we got the place and has a stream in the back yard and a one car garage its a 2 bedroom use to be 3 witch makes it good for open liveing space injoy ur front porch for intertaning and the yard for having family party's and reunions furnace was just replaced last year with a brand new one the bathroom needs some rehab but we have everything here to redo it but the tub or shower u would like in it there are some soft spots in the floors that would need to be fixed but other then that it's a cute little place
