Please do not leave trash outside your apartment. If you do, you will be fined a cleaning fee. We will add this to your monthly rent. Apartment rules that will be enforced: Trash and Recycling: There should be no trash, clutter outside the house. The area should be kept clean at all times. Noise and Disturbances: During quiet hours 9pm - 6am please maintain a peaceful living environment, especially during nighttime hours. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the apartment Violations and Consequences: There are consequences for violating any of the apartment rules, which may include warnings, fines, and eviction proceedings. 5. Pet Policy: Pets will need to be pre-approved. No pets allowed. Prior to approval pets in violation of pet policy will incur $50 a day fine. We do not accept cats of any kind. Violation of this will be a fine of $50 a day. The only kind of pet we allow is a dog(s) under 45 lbs and no aggressive breeds.
