The Air Force Academy is just over the ridge so the Thunderbirds' flightpath for graduation is directly overhead and the gliders learning to fly and planes dropping cadets learning to parashoot are a common afternoon sight from the deck. To the left of the kitchen and living room are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub/shower and double sink vanity. To the right is the laundry with included oversized washer and dryer and the master suite. The master bedroom is spacious with huge views of the same ridge as the deck that you will adore waking up to each morning. On the other side of the living room downstairs is the boiler room with lots of storage, and a hallway to another huge living room with matching large picturewindows as the upstairs master. This could be used as a game room or media room or a very large 6th bedroom with its own two closets. You will love living in this beautiful updated ModLodge in the Springs. If you have elementary age kids I cannot more highly recommend our D20 Rockrimmon Elementary School. It is a small school of about 300 students and after living all around the world we have enjoyed this school by far the most. The tight-knit community there will know you and your child by name the first week. Their IB curriculum includes Spanish language classes from Kindergarten and the yearly World Tour Day celebration is an immersive learning experience like none other in the city. This 6-month lease will come sparsely-furnished with 1 queen sleigh bed and dresser, 1 full bed which converts to a crib, a kitchen table and chairs, barstools, a washer and dryer, a poker table (convertible to bumper pool) and chairs, tv stand downstairs, 2 wall mounted tvs (one in an upstairs bedroom and one in a downstairs bedroom), a retractable screen and projector in the upstairs living room, wood for the upstairs pass through fireplace and downstairs fireplace, hot tub, downstairs patio's outdoor furniture and lawn tools.
