A beautiful juliet balcony opens to the quiet, private courtyard that is great for grilling and hanging out when the weather warms up! The bedroom is a great size and fits a queen or king sized bed. The bedroom closet is large and has plenty of storage.
The in-unit washer/dryer is in a separate closet--no more hauling laundry up from the basement! A designated off-street parking space is available right behind the building for $100 a month.
The building is PET FRIENDLY and professionally managed, and the company is very attentive. Whenever I have had maintenance issues, they have been fixed within a day, no questions asked. Tenants are responsible for electric (through Pepco) and a one-time pet fee if you are bringing a furry friend.
