    This lovely, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has a lot of square footage for the money. And it's in really nice condition. There's a very spacious, open, circular floor plan with a formal dining room as well as breakfast room. Both the breakfast room and the family room open to the fenced back yard. There's new carpet virtually everywhere, as well as lots of fresh paint both inside and out. There are also some new lights and fans, and electrical upgrades. The deck was just rebuilt and painted, too. The bathrooms have also been updated and have new flooring. The roof was new in '07. Large walk-in closet in the master bedroom. The finished lower level is even bigger than the numbers show. It also has a pool table which can stay if the buyer desires. It has paneling, but could easily be painted. Taxes are assessed based on a value of $139,000, but can be reduced easily based on the new purchase price. Also, there is no homestead exemption which will further reduce the taxes.
