There is plenty of parking in the driveway or on the street. Our neighborhood is very quiet and safe! You don't have to worry about parking on the street. In our 24 years of living here we have had no theft or crimes. The house is a short walk to public transit and lovely nature parks. We provide bi weekly yard work, indoor house cleaning and quarterly pest control. Pets require an extra fee per month of $50 per pet and a $350 non-refundable pet deposit per pet.
