This is a very eclectic neighborhood, with a mixture of older homes (40+ years) and newer (less than 5 years) and everything inbetween. It is very scenic with many trees and creeks. Many of the homes are not fenced in the backyard so the views of the creeks and valleys are not encumbered. Lots of wildlife, including deer, racoons, squirrels, fox, wild turkeys, skunks and birds of all types. Folsom Lake is very close by, less than a 10 minute walk. All-in-all, one of the pretty areas to live in El Dorado Hills.
