Tenant must not place any unusually heavy objects on the floor, such as pool tables, waterbeds, etc. No furniture is to be removed from public areas and residential units for purposes other than relocation or moving out. Removal of furniture for other purposes will be considered disorderly conduct or theft and the person or persons responsible may incur charges for replacement, fines or other disciplinary actions.
