Here are the requirements- Proof Income that is 2 x the monthly rent 620 credit score to lock in the 2,100$ a month If credit score is less than a 620 we are still willing to rent it to you, but the rent would be increased dependent on what the credit score is. We prefer no pets, but are willing to consider pets under special circumstances. It will be available to view in person mid to end of October. We are happy to send pictures of the house, it has just recently been updated. So for the pets we can allow them, but it would be an additional $75 a month. So the rent would be $2,175. This is because we just recently remodeled the inside of the home and we want to keep it as nice as we can for our tenants!
