Fireplace and two sets of patio doors facing east allow lots of morning sunshine. Proximity to grocery stores, parks, nature trails, shops, and a quick drive to I-55 and I-355. Nice neighbors and nice HOA. * Pets less than 20 lbs OK with landlord approval, no additional pet rent or charges. * Security deposit ($1750) + first month rent ($1750) due at lease signing. * Tenant is responsible for all utilities and snow removal.
