Continuous employment for the last 3 years (or explanation) Credit score of 625+ or a qualified co-signer No evictions in the last 5 years EVEN with a co-signer. Criminal records are considered on a case-by-case basis. No sex offenders Landlord reference First, last and deposit at lease signing or as allowed by law. Renter's insurance policy fully paid for lease term required at lease signing.
