We also plan to sell this home mostly furnished. There are a handful of items we will take, but there will be numerous couches, recliners, theatre chairs and 15 beds! If you're a viable buyer and want to find a home in the Park city area, this may be a great fit. The exit is 20 mins from SLC and yet the home sits at the top of a long, well-maintained road, that places you up in the pines with amazing views of the mountains and a sense of getting away from it all. We purchased this home in 2020 and put several hundred thousand into upgrades which we will list below. A master suite on the main level leaves plenty of room for family and friends with a second master suite in the loft and three bedroom and additional living space on the lower level with walkout to a second huge deck. It produces a strong current if you choose and kids love to float around like a small lazy river. - Added a new 8 person Jacuzzi hot tub. - Built a retaining wall behind the home, added a gazebo/platform. - Added plants, trees, shrubs throughout the backyard, including a new lawn. - A hillside of wildflowers that serves as an excellent private tubing hill come winter. - A lengthy waterfall has been added along with multiple seating areas and a gas fire pit. - Upgraded HVAC with an Aprilaire humidifier, and UV light and expanded furnace system to allow for MERV rated air filters. - New water softener system with higher capacity. - Both main kitchen disposals were replaced and upgraded to higher HP. - Painted the main and lower levels with newer, brighter paint. - Replaced and upgraded all the outlets and light switches. - Replaced all the can light mounts and added LED lights above. - Added several new beds, numerous new mattresses and 4 sets of bunkbeds (again, 15 beds total!) - New pool table, shuffleboard table, pop-a-shot and a newer STAR WARS pinball machine all reside in the fun and open basement space. - New washer and dryer in the basement (yes, there is a set on both the main and lower level). We put so much into this place expecting to hold it long term, we've had numerous large family events here which provided for fantastic memories. We have a recent need for funds elsewhere and letting this go will be bittersweet. But if we find a good family to inherit the time and effort we put into this place, it will mean a lot to us.
