We seek roommate(s) to share one half of a duplex on a sunny permaculture acre in Sebastopol. You must be a good neighbor, love the sound of kids, be environmentally conscious and open to covid safe communal-ish living and no TV noise in common space. We live and work part-time in Sebastopol and occupy one of the bedrooms. We have two small dogs. There are two additional bedrooms available, a very large bedroom ($1500) and a medium sized bedroom ($1000.) This is an ideal situation for friends who wants to rent two separate bedrooms during covid. The unit has clean new wall to wall carpet, solar energy powered, with lots of air and light. The second half of the duplex is occupied by a wonderful couple and their small children. There is a big garden, chickens and room to hang out. 6 month lease is ideal with renewal for one year terms following first 6 months. Utilities are $100 per month per bedroom.
