I have to move out of one of the best apartments I have ever had in mid December for work. I am interested in subleasing my apartment to someone else. This apartment is in a great location. It takes a nice 10-15 minute walk to get to UIHC or UI college of pharmacy, medicine, dentistry, law, etc. There are bus routes close by that can take you practically anywhere you want. My neighbors are nice. I can park onsite for $50 a month. While I don't own a pet, you can feel free to bring your cat, fish, hamster, and other small pets here. Sadly dogs aren't allowed :(. Management here is great and helps me promptly when I call. There are other great things about this apartment and I will gladly explain and answer all questions when you email me. Since I am moving out of state, I will be giving away my desk, table, futon, bed, dresser, microwave, ironing board, and lamps.
