We have an apartment that has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Has a fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer already in the apartment. $800 per month, will initially need first month and security deposit so total $1,600. Approved pets are allowed for a $50 per month per approved pet fee. We pay for the heat, water, and sewage but you are responsible for electric, trash, and any other utilities you choose. This is a one year contract. No smoking, approved pets are allowed, one year lease, we are responsible for heat, water, and sewage you are responsible for electric, trash, and any other utility you choose.
