It is a safe and quite place with easy access (walking distance) to downtown Toledo, restaurants, The Docks, Glass City Metroparks. The apartment has an open concept kitchen with living room, 2 beds, two full baths, two walk in closet. Lots of space! The complex has an outdoor pool, gym, socialization and study area. Our rent is due on July 2023. The monthly rent is $1,598. Our monthly utilities are around $60 to $80, including WI-FI, water and gas. We loved it here, but we were lucky to find our dream house.
