Winnipesaukee Lake island waterfront CAMP with 150+ feet of gorgeous frontage. Great privacy and protected from prevailing winds. Watch the Mount Washington cruise boat go by! Rattlesnake is an association island with great hiking trails, mainland pick up and drop off docks, boat ramp and parking areas. Rustic camp has 180° views and dockage for 4 boats. It is powered by 4 Solar panels with batteries and an inverter connected to a normal electrical panel. Can be hooked up to the electrical grid if desired. We have wonderful privacy, and only see one camp, to the north. To the south, there is a house 2 lots away. There is a separate guest (or kids) bunkhouse, which sleeps 4 in 2 double bunks. There is a standby generator if needed. The cottage has a master suite with cathedral ceiling, screen porch with deck access , a guests master suite with private deck, living room, dining room, kitchen, workshop area, two bathrooms,( 1 with a Jacuzzi tub). The camp comes completely furnished, and is wonderful as is, or can have the final finishing touches completed by the new owners.
