All common areas are shared, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, fenced backyard with large deck. Bedroom has been upgraded with newly installed ceiling fan, blinds and curtains. Bedroom also comes with a two door mini fridge/freezer. We have newly upgraded washer, dryer, fridge, deep freezer, stove, and microwave! House is located close to shopping and restaurants in a nice neighborhood. There are 5 adults of various ages currently living here. We are not a party house! But we like to have fun with a movie, game night, or BBQ when the weather is nice enough. We keep things very low key and drama free. The house operates on a day shift schedule, so we are trying to find more of the same. Pets are welcome, as long as they get along with ours and aren't destructive.
