Lots of new appliances, I am willing to negotiate a little on the price and I am willing to lend most of the furniture and the ps5 and tv for the time that I am out of town for no cost if wanted. I am out of town and subletting this apartment, I would like to rent it out for till the end of may or potentially a month or two longer if wanted. I am willing to be negotiated a little lower but not much. Wifi and electricity are additional costs but that is it. Tenet has no resposibilities but the roommate would appreciate a clean apartment.
