We are a pet friendly property and will accept small dogs under 25lbs. and indoor only cats. There is an additional deposit of $300 for pets, and monthly pet rent. We are offering a Move-In special of up to $600 off your 1st month's rent with a signed Lease Agreement. Application fee is $40 per adult. Residents pay for all utilities and the required renter's insurance. Minimum Lease is 6 months, but we can do longer, depending on your needs.
