Pet Friendly Unit Available for Viewing April 8th This unit has newer kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, updated carpet, paint, light fixtures, and stainless appliances. There is a half bath downstairs with the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The full bath is upstairs with the bedrooms. One bedroom has a walk-in closet and there is additional storage at the top of the stairs. Each unit comes with one parking space. We have 2 seasonal pools and shared laundry. Most dogs and indoor-only cats are accepted with an additional deposit of $250 and monthly PET RENT of $50 for dogs, and $35 for cats. Dogs are breed specific. Security Deposit of $1000 is OAC. (on approved credit) Application fee is $40 per adult. We are a NON SMOKING property. Leases must be at least 6 months, but we can do longer, up to 12 months, depending on your needs.
