Ahhh ... Life by the river is sooo good! If you love the water, Rio Vista is the place for you. Rio Vista is a charming little town on the Sacramento River Delta. If you have a boat or a jet ski, you're just a five-minute drive to the launch ramp. If you don't have a boat, you can still enjoy some of the best bass and sturgeon fishing on the Delta off of the Main Street dock or you can ride your bike or drive to Sandy Beach for a day of fun in the sun! Now let's get to the property. This is a beautiful 4-bedroom home, two bath with a large master bedroom suite and a walk-in closet. We have new carpet in the great room. (The pic shows laminate, but we replaced the laminate with carpet two years ago.) We also have carpet throughout the rest of the house and tile in the kitchen. We have central heating and air conditioning and a two-car garage with garage door opener. Homecoming is a very nice subdivision with its own park. Rio Vista is a small community and a very safe place to live. We also have an 18-hole golf course within spitting distance (Well, almost!) Pet Information: Pets allowed: Yes, with deposit Pet types: Cats, Dogs, Fish / Birds Pet Notes: There will be a $600 pet deposit or a fee of $40 per month for each animal. Certain breeds of dogs are subject to my insurance company's approval. For sure, no Rottweiler, Staffordshire terrior (Pitbull) , Doberman, Chow, Akita, Presa Canario (mastiff), wolf-hybrid, Dalmation, German Shepherd or any dog with a bite history. You will also need renter's insurance that covers dog bites. I will need to see the animal before move in and take a picture for insurance purposes. Appliances Included: Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Oven - Gas, Stove - Gas Hookups for your Washer/Dryer (There is a laundry room, but you must supply your own washer and dryer) Yard maintenance is supplied by the tenant.
