The living room is fitted with a futon, large screen TV Roku ready & a painted forest canvas to remind you of the PNW. The kitchen is fitted with a stove top, microwave, air fryer, & tea bar. Essential kitchenware, bath, and two sets of linens are provided. Bedroom is fitted with a queen size brand new mattress with memory foam pillow top. Along the sides of the bedroom, you'll be able to cozy up on a comfy built in couch with extra storage space underneath. Quiet street parking is easily available. The unit is located on the 1st floor of a Triplex. Owner's live in top unit & are available to help with any guest needs. Owner pays all utilities including internet. Parking available at extra monthly cost. Application requires background check at the expense of the applicant.
