You'll enter into the kitchen/living area with a full refrigerator, oven, coil stove top, & microwave. Essential kitchenware, bath, and two sets of linens are provided. As an added bonus you'll have a juicer, soda stream & tea bar. Bedroom is fitted with a full size brand new mattress with memory foam pillow top. Plenty of storage including hanging space & shelves. You'll also have a desk & a few books to peruse. Washer & Dryer available for use on same floor as unit. Quiet street parking is easily available using our parking pass if needed. The unit is located on the ground floor of a Triplex. Owner's live in top unit & are available to help with any guest needs. Owner pays for all utilities. Internet included. Unit is available for a minimum of three months to rent. Flexible on rent amount for longer stays. Pet's allowed for extra fee. Parking pass available for additional monthly fee. No smoking.
