Linens and towels are not provided but are available to rent at our office. The property includes a gas grill, a microwave, and a dishwasher for your convenience. Please note that there is no washer or dryer on-site, but a laundromat is available at Sebago Lake Campground in Windham or Bridgton. Located within walking distance to a general store and a small marina, this cottage provides easy access to local amenities. The shorefront sandy beach offers a gradual entry into the water, making it ideal for relaxation and water activities. The property has a strict occupancy limit of six renters and allows for two occasional day guests. Pets are not permitted. The dock is suitable for tie-up but not for overnight use. Drinking water must be brought by tenants as the water source is lake water. A small fire pit is available for use. A drip coffee maker is provided for your morning coffee needs.
