Exterior: drive/parking area, hand built stone retaining walls enclosing 1 acre of property around the house with several wrought iron gates/windows and wood doors/windows throughout the wall, terraced irrigated garden areas, flagstone walk and large patio, 3 brick patios, covered entry portal, roof deck, septic system. Interior: raised 150/200 years old pecos mine wood beam ceilings with plank decking, skylights, four fireplaces, custom made doors, custom heavy pine cabinetry, and woodwork throughout the house, tiled bathrooms, radiant heat and gas wall heaters, butcher block kitchen counter, water softener, insulated wood casement and high clerestory windows.
