The solar panels provide electric for lights, refrigeration and the water pump. There is a generator included but the owner says it is rarely needed. All buildings are in excellent condition and there is Satellite for Internet. This would be an ideal set up to develop a community of off the Grider's with tons of privacy or just relax in your hammock and enjoy your own private refuge. You will only hear the birds and the bee's , no road noise. Included is a small island on Bagpipe Lake if you need even more seclusion.
