There's even a little 'secret path' you can take to a local dine-in movie theater. Not gonna lie...it's adorable. Available February 1st. Renter responsible for utilities. Owner will cover lawn care. Pets allowed in case by case basis. Absolutely no smoking inside the home. Off-street parking available. Lease time is flexible. I'm open to a longer story, 6-month minimum.
