A peaceful oasis nestled in the best part of East Hampton Springs. Surrounded by enormous oak trees, less than a mile to the bay beach, 10 mins to the ocean, our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfect for quality time away with friends and family.With a fully stocked cook's kitchen, contemporary art lining the walls, comfy couches, a vintage record collection, a fireplace, bbq & outdoor fire pit for s'mores and hangs, you won't want to leave!There is a front deck, for bbq-ing and group meals. The back deck is great for reading or privacy and the occasional outdoor workout in the warmer months. We have three bedrooms, 2 queen beds and one king bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower stall and another with a tub. The cathedral ceiling and skylight cast the most amazing light in the great room so sitting inside often feels like you are sitting outside. Take a ride to the bay on one or three of our bikes, or get a coffee at S&S corner shop (our favorite place for basically everything, including gifts but mostly coffee, pastries and gorgeous groceries).Guests have access to the entire house. Laundry is in the basement if you need-- as well as a ping pong table.We have extra pillows and blankets.We have three bikes, beach chairs, a large umbrella, coolers, sunscreen, bug spray, and of course beach towels.Bring nothing, we have it all for you!Other things to noteThere is limited cell phone service at our house, our wifi is strong and we have success using wifi calling for Iphones.
