Located at an elevation of 1500 the property boasts a refreshingly cool climate with an amazing view of the Kona Coast line. Hale Kaloko is 15 minutes from town, 10 minutes from the airport, down the street from Costco and for our furry friends there is a vet clinic at the end of the block. If you like to BBQ we have 3 locations on the property. If you'd like to give your pet some exercise we recently had a dog park installed where they can run free. We offer 3 different styles to choose from in both 6 and 12 month terms. Traditional: Non-Remodeled unit. Unit will have visible wear and tear in cabinets and flooring. Unit get fresh paint and new electrical. 1320 with matching rent deposit. Premium: Remodeled unit. Unit comes with fresh paint, new electrical and cabinets/flooring are in new or like new condition. 1420 with matching rent deposit. Deluxe: Remodeled unit with stove. Unit comes with fresh paint, new electrical and cabinets/flooring are in new or like new condition. 1550 with matching rent deposit. All units come with a refrigerator included as well as washer dryer hook ups. The Deluxe is the only unit that comes with a 4 burner electric stove and over the range microwave. The rent package includes the GET, water, trash, cable, internet. There is an electric allowance and residents are responsible for any overages. Pets: There is a 2 pet max limit with a one time pet fee of 250/pet. While we have no weight or breed restrictions, we do interview all dogs for temperament. The only dis-qualifier is if there is any unprovoked aggressive behavior. Pest Control: In Hawaii, residents are responsible for their own pest control. However, at Hale Kaloko we provide pest control treatments at no extra charge to our tenants.
