This is a fully furnished (with linens and kitchen pots, pans, dishes, etc) two bedroom, one bathroom with a kitchen/living room in the basement of our home. The two bedrooms have windows with window wells. The living/kitchen room has one window with morning light and a separate entrance door to the outside. There is washer and dryer. The price is $2250 a month and all utilities are included. This is a non-smoking property. The space is small so it is ideal for one person, but we will consider two persons. No pets permitted. There is one space (possibly two if the vehicle is small) available for off street parking which is not covered. The 3/4 miles from bus stop. The owners of the home live on site and have dogs, so the tenant will have to like dogs. Looking for a tenant who wants short term rental, but will consider a long term rental if the terms are agreeable. Lease will be required. It will describe the short term rental and possible extensions.
