On stairwell down from kitchen to your living room is your bathroom, your living room has your own entrance with a shared back patio that has built in grill and a hot tub. Stairs to your room are located in your living room. There is shared laundry and storage downstairs so at times I would be accessing through your living room. I also have a living room and office upstairs you can use as needed. There is also a detached garage on the other side of the large backyard that has room for 1 vehicle of yours and additional storage you may need. Entire backyard and front yard are connected and fenced making it dog friendly but only waist height. Looking for at least a 6 month lease term. 1 dog is okay, almost preferred, to be a buddy for my Frenchy if they get along well. Looking for tidy, respectful, and like minded professionals who have fun. Utilities are included and WiFi is available.
