It is located on the first floor of the building. There is a built in AC unit in the solarium that can keep the whole apartment cool and the heat is a high efficiency gas furnace. The furnace operates through the two original slate fire places in the apartment. The kitchen is well appointed with stainless appliances, gas cooking, garbage disposal, and a dishwasher. The countertops are granite and there are ample cabinets. The apartment is a 15 minute walk to everything downtown Lancaster has to offer and a 10 minute walk to the train station. It is easy to get in and out of town from this part of the city as well if you do need to commute to work. Pets are permitted, but the standard restricted breeds apply due to insurance. Typically dogs under 40 pounds and cats are permitted. Generally pets are limited to two with some exceptions. The pet fee is $40 per month for the first and $20 per month for the second. There are additional fees for a third pet or breeds over 40 pounds if they are permitted. Tenants are responsible for the gas and electric utilities and the remainder are paid by the landlord. The typical lease term is one year, but shorter terms are permitted for a premium. Parking is free on the street, but we do have a parking lot in the rear of the building and spaces are an additional $50 per month if they are available.
