I am looking for an NCSU student (male or female) to sublease for the spring 2015 semester at Method Townhomes while I study abroad! The place has it's own room--fully furnished with a closet and a mini fridge--as well as its own bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Laundry machine and dryer are on the first floor. It is only seven minutes from campus, and there are two Wolfline buses. The kitchen and living room are also fully furnished. Utilities are not included with rent, and I will explain these costs via email. I have one roommate, who is wonderful, and my other roommate is looking for a subletter as well (so if two people are looking for a place to live together, PLEASE let us know!)
