I live in attached studio, but the homes only share a sliver of a wall and both have two separate entrances, so there is plenty of privacy. The one-bedroom unit is partially furnished (no bed). Rooms include: Kitchen Dining area Living room Large bedroom & full bath Walk-in closet Small walk-in pantry There is a separate shared laundry room between the two homes. This is a very quiet home and neighborhood. No parties. No loud music. No smoking. No candle burning. Indoor cat welcome. PGE, water, trash and wireless internet included. Must be okay with cats because I have a very friendly feline who roams the property. (He won't invade your indoor space, but he might hang out on the porch. :) Please do not just drop by.
