This is just a nice basic 2+1 home with a few 'mountain cabin' accents, and more storage than most. Our soon-to-depart tenant has added some nice woman's touches over the past 3 years. You can see the garden, shaded front yard seating area, and gates; but we can't yet show the little vanity she made for the rear bedroom, nor the new towel bars she made. Let's see if she leaves the flower boxes and horseshoe pits. The prior tenant built the workshop and installed a security system. The tenant before that installed (and removed) a mini-recording studio. The point being, we find tenants who love this home, and try to keep them happy. (For example adding the AC, paying for the workshop materials, and not raising the rent.) In return, they plan to stay a long time and so collaboratively improve it. The neighboring lot is ours and has two sheds we use when we come check on the property twice a year. Like most of the "Trails" in Frazier Park, our road isn't paved; but two-thirds of the way to our driveway is. We are on "The Sunnyside" of town, about 5 min walk up from the market. (You will appreciate this when it snows, and the view is better too.) Ack! Zillow deleted our description when I updated the photos 4/17/22. the above is a hasty re-do. But that photo update didn't work right (at least yet) either. Zillow's Owners page shows all the photo and captions I updated and deleted, did update properly. But the public page still shows 6 exterior photos from 2019, before the house was painted. The 10 captions on interior photos are not showing. Four of these captions explain improvements to what is shown. And photos don't show in the new order the photos are supposed to be in. Hopefully some Zillow server refresh will update the public page as intended. If click on a photo (twice in some device/browser/app configurations), it opens in full photo display mode with captions (on the few photos that have them).
