Majority of the wood floors in this unit are the original wood floors. The living area opens to a pantry area and the kitchen. There is a ceiling fan in the living room. Off the living room, there is a sun porch with a painted wood floor and window A/C unit. There is a full size washer and dryer on the sun porch. Up to 2 spayed/neutered Cats and Dogs under 40lb are welcome with pet rent and pet deposit. Dogs over 40lb must be approved by property owner with the submission of a picture to verify height and weight and no large breeds are allowed. Dogs must be crated when tenant is not home and during maintenance or showing of unit. References and security deposits are required.
