Location, location, location. This house is on one of the few remaining residential blocks remaining in downtown Madison. Live among a neighborhood of families and professionals and still be close to it all! Seven blocks from the capital (and the amazing farmers market, concerts on the square), close to UW, two houses from Brittingham Bay and the park (including Brittingham Boats, community garden, rotunda, and kids park). This house is about 100 years old and like houses of that time, closets are small but adequate. There is a lovely screened in front porch. Parking in large driveway and we will pay for a street parking pass for renters. If you need garage parking that can be arranged as there is a garage at the house that is currently being used for storage. Central A/C. Laundry is in the basement. The basement is large and partially finished. Pets are welcome. We live two doors down from this house and will be very receptive landlords - my husband is a carpenter so he can fix any issue right away. We are looking forward to welcoming new folks to our block. We will do snow removal on the front walkway/front of the house and mow the tiny front yard and back yard. Use of two kayaks included. Renter responsible for gas, water and electric. Dogs up to 50 lbs and cats allowed. No smoking.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
