We are currently taking applications for new tenants for our property. This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath house. There is a large sun porch in the front of the house. The main floor has hardwood floors throughout the dining room, living room and downstairs bedroom. The kitchen is very spacious with linoleum flooring. The bathroom is off of the kitchen. The two upstairs bedrooms are spacious. The 3rd bedroom is beyond the lofted bedroom. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and the lawncare and snow removal for the property. We DO NOT allow pets. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (electric, gas, water). Tenant is responsible for lawn care and snow removal Lease terms is 12 months We do not allow pets in our rentals
