A preliminary soil and wetland reconnaissance review has been completed. Multiple suitable sites exist on the approximately 70 acre site. Thirty - five (35) suitable sites were identified and many more are available depending on lot line placement/divisions. Since numerous additional suitable sites can be found it does not appear that septic suitability will be a limiting factor for development of the property.
